John Wickie, President and CEO, has been in the telecommunications business for 12 years and has held numerous positions including Program Manager and Account Manager serving Fortune 500 companies in Canada and the US. Most recently, John has been the Site Director for a large call centre operation in Timmins, Ontario, managing a workforce of 900 and an annual payroll of $17 million.

Melissa Roy, Director of Training & Administration, has 9 years of administrative experience, 5 being within the call centre industry. Certified in Office Administration in April 2000 she has remained well versed in all application advancements. During her 9 years of experience, Melissa has overseen the administration of various business types ranging from non-profit, small business and profit centres. During the last 5 years Melissa has held the position of Project Administrator in Sudbury for a large outsourced program servicing a US phone company, overseeing the daily administration for 250+ employees. Most recently Melissa has held the position of Site Administrator supporting 900 employees.
