Televation's goal is to become one of the preeminent
outsourcing companies in Canada.
By building a company that is operated by Canadians, we intend to
leverage the quality and experience that has attracted so many US-run
companies to Canada,
particularly Ontario.
We plan to build on the existing outsourcing trend, reduce overhead and

Objectives
1. Establish a 100% Canadian
outsourcing company that specifically targets Canadian clients, a
virtually untapped market. We intend to pursue companies that presently
outsource to competitive firms, new client companies that are ready to
transition to outsourcing support, and companies that
operate "in-house." call centres
2. We plan to implement our call
centre model and apply it to each one of our clients' programs; thereby
creating a culture that is streamlined, efficient, and productive.
3. Our goal in Year 1 is to gain
3-5 client contracts totalling 100+ Agent employees
4. We intend to leverage
accomplishments within the first year to acquire additional business from
both new and existing clients.
5. Position ourselves positively
to make significant gains into market share and become one of the top
five Canadian outsourcers by the end of year 3.
